Le film est destiné au prêt gratuit aux usagers inscrits à la bibliothèque, pour une utilisation privée, dans le cadre du cercle de famille.

Public Lending Right
The film is intended for free loan to registered users of the library, and for private use within the family circle.

Le droit de consultation
Ce droit donne la possibilité de visionner le programme, à titre gratuit, dans la bibliothèque, individuellement ou en groupe. On s’adresse à un groupe restreint, les usagers de la bibliothèque ou une classe par exemple. L’information sur cette diffusion doit se faire uniquement dans les locaux, pas de publicité dans la presse, tract ou affiche. On peut toutefois annoncer une projection à la bibliothèque, sans mentionner le titre du film.

The rights of inspection
These rights give you the possibility of viewing the program for free in the library, individually, or in a group. By group we mean a small one, users of the library or a class for example. Information about the projection should only be done in the place it is projected, no press advertising, leaflets or posters are allowed. However, you can announce a projection in the library, without mentioning the title of the movie.

Droit de projection
Ce droit permet de s’adresser à un public extérieur à la médiathèque et d’en faire la publicité dans un programme, dans la presse, affiches et tracts ou sur internet. La projection doit rester gratuite.

The rights of projection
These rights allows one to address the public who doesn't take part in the life of the Media Library. It also allows adverstising of the program, in the press, posters, notices, leafltes, or on internet. Howerver the projection must remain free.
